The academy offers tailored programs, including Kids’ classes that build confidence through BJJ fundamentals and anti-bullying strategies.
Women’s classes are coached by Nicole Bedser, provide a welcoming space for self-defense and empowerment.

Arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around. Your first class
starts with a warm-up, then basic movements and positions.
You will not be thrown in to spar on day one.
Coach Ícaro introduces you to the fundamentals at your own pace.
Wear comfortable clothes — we can lend you a gi if you don't have one.
Just a water bottle and comfortable athletic wear. If you have a gi, bring it.
If not, we have loaner gis available. No special gear needed for your first class.
We recommend a mouthguard and rash guard once you start training regularly.
We ask everyone to arrive on time, bow when entering and leaving the mat, keep nails trimmed short, and train with respect for your partner.
No shoes on the mat. If you are sick, please stay home.
