These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Growth BJJ Gold Coast website and your participation in classes, trials and programs at Growth BJJ Gold Coast (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, booking a trial or attending a class, you agree to these Terms. 1. About us Growth BJJ Gold Coast is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy based at 9/46 Bailey Crescent, Southport, QLD 4215. Contact: growthbjj@gmail.com / 0450600191. 2. Free trial and bookings Free trial spots are offered subject to availability and may be limited to one trial per person. We reserve the right to change, reschedule or decline a trial booking at our discretion. 3. Membership and payments Membership fees, class packages and payment terms are confirmed at sign-up. Fees are payable in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Cancellation of ongoing memberships requires the notice period agreed at sign-up. 4. Assumption of risk and liability waiver Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and related martial arts involve physical contact and inherent risk of injury. By participating in any class, trial or event, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are physically able to participate, or have received medical clearance to do so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth BJJ Gold Coast, its coaches and staff are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 5. Minors Participants under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and remains responsible for the minor during their attendance. 6. Code of conduct All students and visitors are expected to treat coaches, staff and fellow students with respect, follow gym hygiene and mat etiquette, and follow coach instructions during class. We reserve the right to refuse entry or suspend membership for conduct that endangers others or breaches gym rules. 7. Photo and video We may take photos or video during classes and events for promotional use on our website and social media. Let us know in writing if you'd prefer not to be included. 8.
